Ofuji's papuloerythroderma is a rare skin disease with a characteristic clinical appearance. A case report of a 87-year-old woman is presented. The clinical picture was dominated by terrible itching, papules, erythroderma with sparing of skin folds (deck chair sign) and eosinophilia. The histology of a skin biopsy showed perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate in the upper dermis. The patient was treated with topical and systemic steroids with good effect.
